Located in a fast-paced food court environment in Katong, we are looking for a proactive and hardworking Beverage & Stall Crew member to join our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, order taking, payment handling, beverage preparation, and simple food preparation while maintaining efficiency and service quality during busy operating hours.

Key Responsibilities:


Take customer orders and process payments
Operate POS system for daily transactions
Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and other hot or cold drinks
Prepare simple food items such as toast bread, Mee Rebus, and Mee Siam
Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall and work area
Replenish ingredients, packaging, and daily supplies
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain good customer service and efficiency during peak periods


Requirements:


Relevant experience in F&B or food court operations will be an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player
Able to read, write, and converse in simple English and Mandarin
Able to communicate with customers and foreign colleagues
Possess basic POS system and simple IT knowledge
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires prolonged standing during operating hours


Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall suitability for the role.
