Responsibilities

Overview:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources function, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of HR administrative services throughout the employee lifecycle. The incumbent will provide support across various HR processes and contribute to the smooth and effective functioning of the HR division.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across the full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, HR documentation, employment contracts, letters and other related correspondence.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of employee information in the HR systems.
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and employee data analytics as required.
  • Support HR system testing, implementation, enhancement, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely preparation and filing of corporate and statutory HR documents.
  • Maintain the confidentiality, integrity and security of employee information at all times.
  • Process work pass application, renewal and cancellations.
  • Provide support for HR projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR operations or HR shared services.
  • Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HR Information Systems, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management, multitasking and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
