About the Role

IRGA Digital Sdn Bhd builds an end-to-end operating platform for plantations enterprises, serving customers across Malaysia, Indonesia, Africa, and the Philippines. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to work across our backend systems, web platform, and mobile field applications helping us build and maintain the technology that powers plantation operations.

Key Responsibilities

•      Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs across IDSB's product suite (ERP, GIS/field operations, and workforce management systems)

•      Write and optimise complex SQL queries and stored procedures across MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL

•      Design and maintain relational database schemas, including indexing, normalization, and performance tuning

•      Develop and maintain backend modules in PHP and .NET, and contribute to newer services built in Golang

•      Build and maintain web-facing features and dashboards using Next.js

•      Contribute to mobile app development (Flutter) for field operations use cases, including offline-first functionality and data sync, as capacity allows

•      Collaborate across backend, frontend, and DevOps to deliver integrated features end-to-end

•      Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and support data migration/integration work across systems

•      Document technical designs and database structures for maintainability

Required Skills & Experience

•      Minimum 3 years of full stack or backend development experience

•      Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server including writing and optimising stored procedures

•      Proficiency in PHP

•      Proficiency in .NET (C#/VB.NET)

•      Exposure to or working knowledge of Go (Golang)

•      Familiarity with Next.js/React for full-stack feature development

•      Solid understanding of relational database design, query optimisation, and data integrity principles

•      Ability to work with legacy codebases as well as modern service architectures

Good to Have

•      Experience with Flutter for mobile app development (Android required, iOS a plus)

•      Experience with offline data storage and sync (e.g., local databases, conflict resolution strategies)

•      Experience with GIS or spatial data

•      Experience in agritech, ERP, or enterprise SaaS environments

•      Familiarity with offline-first or field-operations software (intermittent connectivity contexts)

•      Exposure to REST API design and third-party system integrations

Salary Range: RM7,000 to RM10,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
