Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of people operations, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and day-to-day HR administration. This role plays a key part in attracting, engaging, and retaining talent while ensuring efficient and compliant people processes. The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within agreed timelines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and employment documentation.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, contract administration, leave management, and offboarding.
  • Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management initiatives.
  • Support employer branding activities, including career fairs, recruitment campaigns, social media content, and employee value proposition (EVP) initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal communications related to People and Culture programmes and initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, recruitment metrics, and people analytics as required.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and internal governance requirements.
  • Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the management.


Requirements:

1. Mandatory

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Attention to detail with strong administrative accuracy.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.

- Proficient in using the latest digital workplace tools.


2. Added Advantage

- Experience in employer branding or talent marketing initiatives.

- Experience in internal communications.

- Exposure to performance management processes.
