Role Description The Management Associate Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. The Management Associate will support financial consultants and agency leaders in areas such as financial planning analysis, client servicing, and operational coordination.


Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market research, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with project management for business initiatives and campaigns. The role involves coordinating training sessions, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to process improvements that enhance productivity and client experience.


Management Associates will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in strategic discussions, and gain exposure to leadership development within the agency.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Finance to support research, data interpretation, and financial planning activities.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders, and to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to coordinate initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of agency programs.
  • Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to support learning programs, facilitate knowledge sharing, and contribute to advisor development.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to professional ethics and integrity are highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools, and comfort with data analysis and presentation software, is advantageous.
  • A growth-oriented attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in a long-term career within financial services and advisory work are preferred.
