Role Overview

We are looking for a Program Management Engineer to serve as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction, business growth and commercial success. In this role, you will be involved in customer account management, commercial operations, and program coordination to ensure that customer requirements are translated into successful business outcomes. You will manage customer relationships, lead quotation and pricing activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the execution of customer programs while delivering long-term account growth and profitability.


Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned customer accounts and programs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, business growth, and commercial performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and acting as the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
  • Conduct regular customer engagements, business reviews, and follow-up activities to strengthen customer partnerships and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead RFQ and quotation activities, coordinating pricing, costing, and commercial evaluations to ensure timely and competitive submissions.
  • Monitor key business metrics including revenue, margins, demand forecasts, and cost performance to drive profitability and operational excellence.
  • Support contract reviews, commercial discussions, and pricing alignment with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and support new business development initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer programs.
  • Manage and coordinate activities such as RFQs, First Article (FA) builds, product transfers, engineering changes, and customer deliverables
  • Proactively identify risks related to delivery, commercial commitments, inventory exposure, and customer requirements, and drive mitigation actions.
  • Support planning activities to minimize Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) exposure and improve business performance.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Program Management, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or related customer-facing functions.
  • Experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing, Semiconductor, PCBA, or Industrial Manufacturing environments will be advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in RFQ management, quotations, pricing activities, customer coordination, or commercial support functions is highly preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand revenue, margins, forecasting, customer demand, and inventory impacts.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic business environment.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a passion for commercial or account management roles are welcome to apply.
