Offshore Construction Engineers (Senior Engineer / Engineer / Senior Field Engineer) – UAE

Our client, a leading offshore engineering and construction organization in the UAE, is looking for experienced Offshore Construction Engineers to support the execution of large-scale offshore and subsea projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring offshore construction activities while ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for offshore construction and installation activities.
• Prepare construction procedures, method statements, work packs, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate offshore operations involving subsea structures, jackets, topsides, pipelines, and cable installation.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Support vessel mobilization, offshore campaigns, and marine operations.
• Interface with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.
• Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during offshore execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and provide technical recommendations to project management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, Offshore Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant offshore and subsea construction experience.
• Experience in offshore installation, marine operations, and construction support activities.
• Familiarity with subsea structures, jackets, topsides, pipelines, and cable laying operations.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Previous ADNOC and/or ARAMCO project experience is advantageous.
