Responsibilities
- Initial Alert publishing and first level of investigation.
- Alert Follow up with Asset owner
- Monitoring of SIEM CONSOLE logs for alert detection.
- Daily BAU activity.
- Update Blocked IP’s in active list
- Alert Analysis
- Update Malware list
- Follow up pending tickets
- Connectors status Review: Daily (Once a Day)
- Monitoring
- Logger event archiving backup if required-Optional
- Handover Mail
- Update Poor IP Reputation Report
- Save daily reports (Observe IT Report, SSO Report, RDP, Threat Dashboard reports etc.)
- Check Logger Back-up status
- Daily Reporting
- Analyzing and Troubleshooting if health parameter thresholds exceed the defined values
