We are seeking a structured, resourceful, and business-oriented professional who can operate comfortably across both project management and business analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident in engaging stakeholders, not afraid to speak up when issues or risks need to be addressed, and able to simplify complex matters into clear actions and decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, from business case through closure, to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
Maintain project governance: status reporting, risk and issue management, escalation, and facilitation of project, vendor, and cross-functional sessions.
Prepare and deliver presentations and decision papers covering project status, requirements, solution options, and recommendations for stakeholders and management.
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
Map current- and future-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and acceptance criteria, and facilitate solutioning workshops with business users, IT teams, vendors, and partners to shape and validate solution design.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, change requests, implementation readiness, and post-implementation review.
Requirements:
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to speak up, ask the right questions, and clarify issues constructively with stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, influence without authority, and work effectively across business, IT, vendor, and management teams.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in project management, business analysis, digital transformation, systems implementation, process improvement, or related roles.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders in a structured and proactive manner.
Comfortable working with business users, technical teams, vendors, and management stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; familiarity with collaboration or project tracking tools is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Waterfall, hybrid project delivery, SDLC, change management, or process improvement methodologies.
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Experience preparing business cases, project charters, requirements documents, RACI matrices, test plans, and implementation plans.
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and translate business problems into practical, value-driven solutions.
