Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the Company’s marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive business growth. The role involves managing campaigns, leading marketing activities across online platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and provide insights to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
• Lead content creation and ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
• Guide and support junior marketing team members while contributing to overall team performance.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media platforms.
• Proven experience in planning and managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in content creation, branding, and social media management will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
