Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels to support brand and business objectives.
• Coordinate and support marketing initiatives, including seminars, exhibitions, and roadshows, covering logistics, booth setup, and preparation of promotional materials.
• Manage and implement the email marketing (EDM) calendar, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and business priorities.

Digital and Social Media Marketing

• Execute digital marketing initiatives, including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement, across various digital channels such as social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, SEO, and Google Ads.
• Manage, maintain, and continuously update the company’s website, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.

Content & Communications

• Prepare marketing content such as brochures, EDMs, social posts, and presentations with use of AI tools to draft, optimize, and personalize marketing content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Marketing & Performance Analysis

• Utilize AI and analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, deriving actionable insights to support data-driven marketing decisions.
• Prepare comprehensive and timely marketing reports to track performance, measure effectiveness, and support strategic planning.

Sales Support

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation initiatives, ensuring alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
• Manage and maintain marketing assets and materials inventory, ensuring proper organization, availability, and timely replenishment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of marketing experience preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related industry.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
