• Organize and maintain the store in a clean, safe and orderly manner.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant departments for stock replenishment.
• Receive, inspect and record all incoming materials and supplies.
• Issue materials as per requests and maintain proper records.
• Ensure accurate recording of stock in/out movement.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records, delivery orders, and purchase records.
• Prepare regular stock reports and updates for management.
• Assist in physical stock audits and reconciliation.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and transportation for goods/materials.
• Liaise with transporters and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Maintain records of machinery usage and servicing schedules.
• Assist in scheduling and monitoring machinery maintenance and repairs.
• Able to operate forklift.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Minimum Requirement: SPM or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,500.00 per month
