Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in both business and personal matters.

This role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, communications, and day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and communications
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Support operational workflow improvements using productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support scheduling, research, and project follow-ups
  • Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support special projects and executive operations initiatives

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in PA, EA, or administrative support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and productivity tools
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Professional communication and strong judgment
