Location: Loaf & Latte, Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, Subang Jaya
Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 per month (based on experience)

About Us

Loaf & Latte is an artisan bakery café located at Taylor's University Lakeside Campus. We are passionate about serving quality coffee, freshly baked pastries, and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Outlet Manager or Outlet Supervisor to lead our team and drive operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling and daily manpower planning.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to improve outlet performance.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
• Passion for customer service, coffee, and hospitality.
