Job description:

As a Game Marshal at Bomb Battle, you’ll be the frontline experience creator — guiding players, managing game flow, and ensuring every session is fun, safe, and memorable. This role is perfect for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Game Operations and ad-hoc support

Brief players on game rules, safety guidelines, and objectives.

Operate and monitor game systems, props, and equipment.

Ensure smooth game flow and reset rooms between sessions.

Customer Experience

Engage players with high energy and positive attitude.

Assist players during gameplay and manage crowd flow.

Handle basic customer inquiries and on-site issues.

Safety & Maintenance

Ensure all safety protocols are followed during gameplay.

Report equipment issues, damages, or incidents promptly.

Assist with basic cleaning and upkeep of game areas.

Requirements

No prior experience required (training provided).

Energetic, friendly, and confident in speaking to groups.

Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and peak hours.

Physically active and comfortable standing for long periods.

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Passion for games, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.
