Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the company’s training and development programs in line with business and manpower needs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and management.
• Develop annual training plans, training calendars, and training budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, including onboarding, technical training, soft skills training, and leadership development.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning objectives are achieved and improvements are identified.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, certifications, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with training providers, government agencies, and relevant authorities on training-related matters.
• Manage HRD Corp grant applications, claims submission, and compliance with statutory training requirements.
• Support the development of competency frameworks and career development plans.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other
• departments to support workforce capability development.
• Prepare training reports, analysis, and recommendations for management review.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
• Support employee engagement and development initiatives to improve retention and performance.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
