Position: Procurement cum Admin Executive
Location: Shah Alam / Subang
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8:45am–5:45pm), Alternate Saturday (8:45am 1:45pm)
Purpose of the Role
This role supports procurement, inventory, administration and marketing coordination. The successful candidate will ensure efficient purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory control and smooth office operations while working closely with management, sales, finance and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between executives, employees, clients and external partners.
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Review supplier invoices and perform minor accounting support.
- Source and purchase office equipment, stationery, services and operational supplies.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and procedures.
- Evaluate products, suppliers and purchasing decisions.
- Support sales, inventory, logistics and marketing activities.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate marketing merchandise.
- Handle customer claims and monitor marketing expenses.
- Maintain organised documentation and accurate information flow.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' procurement, purchasing or similar experience.
- Experience handling import purchases and foreign currency transactions.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking & reading), English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication, organisation and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Advanced Excel.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking and time management skills.
- Able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Own transport and valid driving licence.
- Tyre trading experience or Mathematics/Statistics background is an added advantage.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
