Job Description

Responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Assist to liaise with recruitment agency on foreign workers’ manpower planning, immigration officers and police on foreign worker’s disciplinary and documentation matters.
  • Assist to liaise with respective authorities on foreign worker related matters. (FOMEMA, JTK. Immigration, Embassy, PKNS, KDN, Hospital)
  • Assist to ensure work permit, Workmen Compensation Scheme (FWCS) and Skim Perlindungan Insurans Kesihatan Pekerja Asing (SPIKPA) of foreign workers are renewed and received on time.
  • Assist request and prepare bank drafts, insurance guarantees, FOMEMA medical certification and all other related documentations for Immigration Office.
  • Assist ensure all foreign workers’ passports are valid throughout their employment period with the company assist them on their passport renewal.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR and Admin Officer to conduct orientation and to handle disciplinary problems and grievances of foreign worker to ensure the company policies are clearly understood and adhere to.
  • Assist to arrange the airline booking, transport arrangements and immigration processing for non-renewal of contract within given timelines.
  • Work hand-in-hand with HR and Admin Officer to conduct orientation and to handle disciplinary problems and grievances of foreign worker to ensure the company policies are clearly understood and adhere to.
  • Assist to prepare documentation for new or replacement applications of foreign workers.
  • Asst to liaise with insurance company, Labour Office, Hospital and Embassy on foreign workers’ insurance claim matters.
  • Keep track on company vehicle road tax, permits and insurance expiry dates. And, ensure that all renewal are done before due date.
  • Assist to liaise with local authorities on license, permits, applications and bill matters (SPAD).
  • To perform and undertake any other duties assigned from time to time by Superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
