RESPONSIBILITY

• Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers that align with cost-saving goals.
• Drive cost reduction strategies without compromising quality or delivery.
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, target date and services with suppliers
• Develop purchasing plan and monitor its execution to meet timely delivery and inventory requirements.
• Assist superior in daily purchasing operations and ensure the goods are purchased according to their required specifications.
• To follow up the supplier on the delivery status and update respective parties.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for cost optimization.

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate with Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent
• At least 1 year or above of related working experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• 5 days work per week (Mon to Fri: 8.15am to 5.30pm)
