Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, profit & loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing.
• Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor departmental budgets and cost control measures.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations.
• Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and payment schedules.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Ensure sufficient working capital for operations.
• Establish and maintain internal control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor daily revenue reports (room, F&B, events, etc.).
• Conduct cost analysis for food & beverage and operational expenses.
• Implement financial strategies to maximize profitability.
• Oversee payroll processing.
• Ensure timely submission of tax returns and statutory payments.
• Supervise finance and accounting staff.
• Provide training and performance evaluation.
• Other task will assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Minimum 5–8 years of finance experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and PMS.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Mandarin speaking will be advantages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
