Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR & Administration Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for handling HR operations, recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations and administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Handle payroll processing, including statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, ZAKAT, PTPTN and LEVY).
- Conduct employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues professionally.
- Manage performance appraisals and employee engagement initiatives
- Organize and maintain staff records, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Support management in any ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks.
Administration:
- Oversee office administrative tasks
- Take minutes during Board of Directors (BOD) meetings and manage confidential documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
