The Master Trainer delivers product and soft skills training to the internal Field Force Team and external dealers. This role involves developing training content, managing regional trainers, and evaluating training effectiveness to drive sales and service performance.

• Training Delivery: Conduct face-to-face and online training for sales techniques, service excellence, and product knowledge.
• Content Development: Create training materials, modules, and test questions
• Coordination & Logistics: Plan schedules, prepare venues/equipment, and upload data into the RMS system.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coach regional trainers while motivating the team to improve productivity.
• Performance Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness through knowledge retention tests and reports.
• Support: Answer product queries for employees and dealers, and participate in sales rallies.

Requirements

• Strong background in Sales and Service Excellence Training.
• Proficiency with IT systems, online training tools, and presentations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Working Days

5 days working days (Offday-Sat & Sun)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
