Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the IT development team, ensuring clear and accurate communication of business requirements and technical expectations.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and manage requirements from project initiation through post-implementation support.
• Produce detailed functional and technical documentation, including process flows, system specifications, and use-case diagrams to support system design and development.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation to guide development, deployment, and ongoing system maintenance.
• Support the development of test cases and actively participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing to ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using Power BI, JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
• Customer-focused mindset, able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and consistently meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of the stock trading or financial services industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
