What We Offer:

• Job Position: Customer Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)
• Industry: Digital (Printer & Imaging Solutions)
• Working Hours: Day Shifts Only (Permanent Off day on Sunday)
• Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
• Salary: Monthly salary with minimum RM4000 above, plus KPI incentive up to RM200

What You'll Do:

• Product Support: Assist customers with printer-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
• Communication: Handle customer inquiries professionally by provide prompt and courteous responses to customer emails, calls, and chats
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
• Customer Satisfaction: Be the friendly voice of the brand, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by going above and beyond in service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum SPM qualification and fresh graduates are welcome
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
• Prior customer service experience is a plus - but not required, familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus
• A team player with ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly
