• Manage and update product listings on TikTok, Lazada and Shopee,
• Ensure timely uploads of promotional banners, product images, and descriptions.
• Monitor stock levels, price changes, and ensure products are up to date across all platforms.
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns, flash sales, and online marketing activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly via e-commerce platform messaging.
• Analyze platform performance, including sales trends and customer behavior.
• Provide regular sales performance reports to management.
