Working hours:

Working hours are Monday to Friday, based on assigned shift:

• Morning Shift: 7:30am – 4:30pm
• Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm – 9:30pm

Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response outside the assigned shift from Monday to Friday will be compensated with time off.

Urgent and emergency 24×7 requests with 2-hour response on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays will be compensated as overtime (OT).

Scope of work

• Hardware delivery/receive at DC
• Rack mount servers
• Decommission & dispose old servers
• Vendor escorting
• Asset tagging, tracking and asset audit
• Update inventory file
• Check power consumption and provide utilization information
• Regular update and publish DC utilization reports
• Perform hardware swamp in accordance with bank instructions on bank responsibility
• Assist bank staff with troubleshooting of server, network or other equipment installed in bank DCs and technical rooms
• Cable Patching / Troubleshooting
• Backup Media Handling

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
