• Handle the full set of accounts or assist in accounting functions, depending on experience.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing.
• Prepare financial reports and support budgeting activities.
• Ensure all accounting records are accurate and comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities when required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with SQL software is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
