Job Title: HR Practical Intern
Location: Efficient RE Sdn Bhd
Reporting to: Group HRA Manager

Job Summary:

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with administrative tasks, recruitment, and employee engagement while gaining valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• To expose in Human Resource functions & spectrums.
• To assist HR executive in performing daily tasks.
• To assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in English with basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Motivated, professional, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Education: Diploma or degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
