Job Title: Mechanical Technician
Job Hours: 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Location: Onsite
The Opportunity:

- Suitable for technicians with lift, electrical, electronic, mechatronic or automation maintenance experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing for mechanised car park systems and vehicle lift equipment
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and control-related faults
- Carry out repair, replacement and adjustment of motors, sensors, relays, switches, control components and safety devices
- Conduct equipment testing after servicing or repair works
- Read and follow electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics, service manuals and maintenance checklists
- Attend assigned customer sites and ensure maintenance works are completed safely and on time
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, fault findings and parts requirements
- Coordinate with site representatives, contractors, suppliers and internal team members on service-related matters
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in lift maintenance, mechanical parking systems, vehicle lifts, automation systems or electromechanical equipment servicing
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults is required
- Familiarity with motors, sensors, relays, limit switches, control panels and safety circuits will be an advantage
- Basic exposure to PLC, HMI, inverter or automated control systems will be an advantage
- Able to work independently at assigned sites and respond to technical issues in a systematic manner
