Job Responsibilities:

• Client Support:
• Deliver professional technical support and troubleshooting for client's server installation, configuration, patching, network and storage system and ensuring fulfillment of SLAs.
• Incident Management:
• Respond to incident cases, perform root-cause analysis, execute troubleshooting and implement preventive measures
• Project Delivery:
• Support client and internal IT projects, including infrastructure set up and vendor coordination
• Technical Coordination:
• Act as the technical liaison between clients, internal teams and external vendors
• Internal IT Support:
• Maintain, monitor and patch internal server infrastructure and support internal users and tracking IT inventory assets
• Documentation:
• Create and update technical documentation, service logs, system configurations and backup procedures

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• At least 4 years hands-on infrastructure support experience (SI background is a plus)
• Practical experience with firewalls, switches and Wi-Fi (Cisco, Fortinet, H3C, TCO/IP, VPN)
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving and team work skills
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate available or short notice is an advantage
