Responsibilities
Locations: Bukit Panjang | Paya Lebar | Kent Ridge | Jurong West | Sembawang | Orchard | Simei | Serangoon | Bugis | NEW: Lentor & Lavender
Flexible Working Hours:
Shifts: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM (45-90-min break included)
Flexibility: 35–60 hours/week | 4 to 6 days/week | 7 to 10 hours/day
Note: Overtime pay applies after 44 hours/week (per Singapore Employment Act).
What You'll Do
Customer Care: Greet guests and assist with self-ordering kiosks.
Operations: Maintain dining area cleanliness and assist with food prep/ingredient refills.
Feedback: Gather customer insights to help us perfect our Mala.
Who We’re Looking For
Communication: Ability to converse in basic Mandarin is required, as you will take orders from, serve, and resolve issues for our predominantly Mandarin-speaking customers. Candidates of any background who meet this requirement are equally welcome to apply.
Mindset: Positive, energetic, and proactive team players.
Experience: Previous F&B experience or a Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus (but not required—full training provided!).
