Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Validation

  • Process and validate course enrolment orders from corporate clients with high accuracy and timeliness
  • Verify course schedules, pricing structures, discount eligibility and participant information
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of all order entries prior to confirmation
  • Maintain SLA adherence for order turnaround and confirmations


2. Systems & CRM / LMS Management

  • Maintain and update records in CRM and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Ensure accurate tracking of client profiles, enrolment status, and training history
  • Generate operational and sales-related reports from CRM/LMS platforms
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and audit readiness across systems


3. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to validate client requirements and customized training solutions
  • Coordinate with trainers, project managers and scheduling teams to align training delivery timelines
  • Manage operational changes including rescheduling, cancellations and participant substitutions
  • Act as the central coordination point between sales, delivery and operations


4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all training orders adhere to internal policies, contractual agreements and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit, reporting and quality assurance purposes
  • Support compliance checks for government-funded or certification-based programs (e.g., grant or subsidy schemes)
  • Uphold governance standards in all operational processes


5. Reporting & Operational Insights

  • Produce weekly dashboards covering enrolments, revenue performance and client activity trends
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and service gaps
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements and optimization
  • Support management reporting and decision-making through data-driven analysis


Key Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years in training operations, sales operations or service delivery coordination
  • Experience in corporate training, IT training environments, or education services is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM and LMS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Moodle or equivalent)
