We are hiring for senior audiologist to join our family at Audiolab Hearing.

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive audiology assessments, hearing aid fitting, counselling, and follow-up care to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
• Deliver audiology services at branches, customers' premises (home visits when required), and online consultations.
• Maintain accurate patient records, clinical documentation, and system updates in accordance with company standards.
• Support branch operations, including inventory management, hearing aid orders, repairs, and resource planning.
• Promote paediatric audiology services and contribute to service development initiatives.
• Participate in health awareness campaigns, community outreach, and professional education activities.
• Ensure compliance with clinical SOPs, professional ethics, quality assurance, and risk management standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care and achieve branch performance targets.
• Mentor and support junior audiologists, students, and other clinical staff.
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with workplace safety and health requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Min recognized Bachelor's Degree in Audiology.
• Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC)
• Minimum 3 year of relevant working experience in clinical practice and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous, organized, and good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate ability to keep up with the latest hearing aids technology.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
