Responsibilities
Job Duties
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing and cutting vegetables.
Assist the noodle cook with preparing raw ingredients and soup base.
Minimize food waste by following portion control guidelines.
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent food quality.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in F&B
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply, as training will be provided
• 5 or 6 days work, 7 hours per shift
