Role Description This is a role for an Associate / Legal Executive position based in Singapore, structured as a hybrid role with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The role involves assisting with dispute resolution matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, affidavits, and correspondence, and preparing case files for hearings. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple matters concurrently.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrable knowledge of civil procedure and dispute resolution.
• Ability to assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence under supervision, including legal research, case analysis, and preparation of opinion notes.
• Taking initiative in setting and meeting timelines and prioritising tasks.
• Admission to practice in Singapore is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-service orientation, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, proficiency with standard office and legal research software, and willingness to learn and adapt.
