Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Experience in financial services, operations, or client servicing is an advantage.
• CMFAS certifications (M5, M6, M8, M9, HI) are beneficial.
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
