Role Description

We are seeking Private Wealth Directors to join our growing team across Malaysia. The role involves developing and managing financial strategies for high-net-worth clients, and providing expert advice on investment, wealth distribution and asset management. The role also requires building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure their financial objectives are met with tailored solutions and professional guidance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HNW/UHNW clients with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clients
• Deep expertise across wealth solutions (investments, insurance, estate planning, and business succession structuring)
• Strong analytical and advisory capabilities to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term client trust
• Demonstrated business development and networking ability within HNW ecosystems
• Good understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
• Professional certifications (RFP, CFP, MBA) are highly desirable
• Multilingual capability is an added advantage
