Location: Menara Shell
Salary: RM4,000 - RM4,600 all-in
Working Hours: 24/7 rotational shifts
Job Scope:
- Handle customer enquiries via calls, live chat & email
- Resolve customer issues within SLA
- Update CRM/ticketing systems accurately
- Work in a KPI-driven customer service environment
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in Customer Service / BPO / Contact Center
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts
