Role Description The HR Assistant/Executive is a contractual, on-site role based in Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. This position supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, and handling basic HR documentation. The role includes supporting payroll and benefits administration, organizing staff training sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local employment regulations. The HR Assistant/Executive also helps manage HRIS data, prepares HR reports, and collaborates with managers to support a positive, values-driven work environment.
