We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (Pre-Opening | Luxury Private Terminal)

Join us to shape and launch a world-class private terminal experience designed for HNW & UHNW travellers. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing for a premium, high-touch brand from pre-opening through launch and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
• Define and execute integrated marketing strategies to position the terminal as a premium, discreet, and exceptional luxury gateway.
• Drive Pre-Opening Marketing (Critical Focus)
• Own end-to-end marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a flawless launch readiness.
• Plan High-Impact Campaigns
• Design and execute targeted campaigns to attract HNW/UHNW clients, corporates, and travel partners.
• Build Strategic Partnerships
• Collaborate with luxury brands, private banks, concierge services, and travel partners to expand reach and visibility.
• Deliver Exceptional Brand Experiences
• Lead exclusive events, previews, PR, and launch activations aligned with a premium brand experience.
• Lead & Develop the Team
• Manage a Marketing Executive and ensure consistent, high-quality content and brand execution across channels.
• Track Performance & ROI
• Manage budgets, set KPIs, and deliver insights to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in marketing within luxury hospitality, aviation, or premium services
• Proven experience in pre-opening or launch environments (highly preferred)
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of HNW/UHNW audiences & luxury branding
• Ability to lead agencies, manage cross-functional teams, and execute with precision
• A hands-on, results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
