We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin Supervisor to support our daily operations and ensure our valet driver team runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily driver rosters and schedules
• Coordinate shifts, off days, annual leave, and medical leave
• Arrange replacement drivers when required
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally
• Provide on-site operational support when needed
• Liaise closely with drivers and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with our drivers and clients
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to be on the ground and support operations when required
• Experience in operations, transport, hospitality, or customer service will be an advantage
