Responsibilities
Job Description:
1. Executes routine and non-routine tests, troubleshooting, repair, and qualityverification on Agilent instruments/parts with limited technical support in anambiguous environment.
2. Able to use tools and equipment to disassemble small parts and demonstrateshigh level of manual dexterity.
3. Interprets complex test results requiring an in-depth technical background withlimited documentation.
4. Provides feedback on defects and/or quality of test to Lead engineer andcommunicates technical problems and resolutions at different levels of theorganization.
5. Documents diagnostic efforts, repair, and labor for tracking of cost andinformation.
6. Reads, understands and rigorously follows Quality System processes, includinginterpreting test results, reading graphs, and validating instrument testresults. Adheres to safety, cleanliness, and ESD requirements.
7. Adjusts effectively to change and remains open to new ideas and jobassignments.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Chemical or mechanical engineering
2. Basic knowledge on Agilent LC products
3. Excellent Communication skills
