Develop fleet maintenance strategies to maximise vehicle availability and minimise downtime.

Monitor fleet utilisation, maintenance costs, insurance renewals, inspections, and asset lifecycle planning.

Establish preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Analyse fleet performance data and recommend cost-saving initiatives.

INVENTORY & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Oversee inventory planning and control for motorcycles, spare parts, accessories, and related products.

Develop procurement strategies to ensure optimal stock levels while minimising holding costs.

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.

Review purchasing forecasts and coordinate replenishment planning for local and overseas suppliers.

Ensure accurate inventory records through regular audits and stock reconciliation.

Implement inventory control procedures to minimise stock discrepancies and improve inventory turnover.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Collaborate with Sales and Management to identify new business opportunities, product offerings, and service improvements.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing, favourable terms, and reliable supply.

Support product launches, promotional campaigns, bundled packages, and operational implementation.

Evaluate vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality, delivery, and cost efficiency.

COMPLIANCE, QUALITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and statutory requirements.

Establish quality assurance processes across all operational functions.

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using operational data and performance metrics.

Lead cross-functional projects that improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business profitability.
