• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience leading Agile transformations within product development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, SNOW).

A Successful Agile Change Lead Should Have

• Proven experience in leading agile change initiatives within a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their practical application.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in analysing processes and recommending improvements.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• A background in the FMCG industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner) and change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner).
