Job Title: Clinic Assistant

Location: 23 Jalan Radin Anum 1 , Bandar Baru Sri Petaling , Kuala Lumpur

Salary: Basic RM1,700 + Allowances

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Clinic Assistant to support the daily operations of our clinic. The role involves assisting doctors, managing patient registration, preparing medications, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.

Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and assist patients during clinic visits

• Measure basic vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, weight)

• Prepare and dispense medications under doctor supervision

• Assist doctor during minor procedures if required

• Handle patient records and clinic management system

• Manage phone calls and appointment bookings

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

• Assist with stock checking and medication inventory

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/Diploma qualification

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)

• Basic computer skills

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn

• Able to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

• Previous clinic or healthcare experience is an advantage but not required

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM1,700-2,000

• Allowances: Attendance allowance

• EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions

• Annual leave and medical leave

• On-the-job training provided

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
