APM Corporate Services Hiring! Full Time Executive, Production Engineering in Selangor - Ricebowl

What you'll be doing:

• Objective: Introduce, implement and preserve technological relevancy and production efficiency of the plant.

• Key Accountabilities: Improve manufacturing process towards industrial 4.0.

• Process development (APQP Chapter 3), lead kaizen/improvement activity projects (IAP), supervising manufacturing processes compliance to standard.

• Shop floor compliance to process design, production process, cost and labor improvement.

• Coordinate with relevant department on respective improvement activities (PPCD, Production, QA, logistics, maintenance, safety, purchasing, top management).

• Coordinate with suppliers and ensure their services meet design requirement.

• Ensure capital expenditure within allocated budget and tracking of actual cost saving.

• Design and improve production process and manpower required-to-operate (RTO) standard to ensure the line is optimum.

• Additional duties may assign from time to time by the Head of Department.

What we're looking for:

• Education: Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent is preferred (Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing)

• Professional Experience:  Experience in managing and supporting investment projects in manufacturing industry

• Strong engineering background, excellent knowledge of IATF 16949 standard, updated with latest engineering/operational technology
