CXL Executive Hiring! Full Time Finance - operation in Banking in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Location: Jalan Tun Razak (near LRT TRX)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM
Salary: RM2,400 – RM4,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute and verify trade transactions, corporate actions, money market placements, income distribution, fees, forex deals, and unit cancellation payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Perform reconciliation, compliance and Shariah verification reviews, including monthly stock reconciliation, regulatory reporting, XBRL submissions, and preparation of draft offering documents.
• Manage system operations including maintenance, enhancements, data input (forex rates, prices, indexes, corporate actions), trade matching, and approval of transactions.
• Support financial and operational processes such as invoice handling, payment processing, document verification, preparation of internal reports, meeting coordination (MANCO, BOD, client meetings), and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to adapt quickly to new systems and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of finance operations with good analytical skills.
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
