We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Assistants to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a passion for packaging and baking supplies, we'd love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting customers and recommending suitable products.
• Operate the cashier, process cash and cashless payments, and perform daily cash balancing.
• Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
• Receive, organize, and monitor inventory, including stock replenishment and system updates.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store marketing activities.
• Participate in stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Friendly, positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to commute to Cyberjaya.
