We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail Assistants to join our growing team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and have a passion for packaging and baking supplies, we'd love to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by assisting customers and recommending suitable products.
- Operate the cashier, process cash and cashless payments, and perform daily cash balancing.
- Replenish shelves, arrange merchandise, and maintain attractive product displays.
- Receive, organize, and monitor inventory, including stock replenishment and system updates.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal displays, and in-store marketing activities.
- Participate in stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
- Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
- Friendly, positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Previous retail or cashier experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Fresh graduates, interns, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to commute to Cyberjaya.
