Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude to create a positive first impression.
• Become familiar with the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary information, to confidently assist guests.
• Present menus, answer customer inquiries, and recommend menu items based on guests' preferences.
• Introduce daily specials, seasonal dishes, and ongoing promotions to enhance the dining experience.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system or manual order methods.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards and presentation guidelines.
• Provide attentive and proactive customer service by anticipating guests' needs and resolving concerns professionally.
• Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and deliver a pleasant dining experience.
• Prepare the dining area before service by setting up tables, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other dining essentials.
• Present bills, process cash and card payments accurately, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in all front-of-house areas.
• Support daily restaurant operations and perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management when required.

Job Requirements

• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering excellent service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
• Fresh graduates, interns, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, and candidates with customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
