Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Supervisor with daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and service execution.
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to company recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and food safety standards.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked to support smooth kitchen operations, particularly during peak service hours.
- Monitor inventory levels, follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation practices, and report low-stock or expired items promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace safety in accordance with company and food safety regulations.
- Perform routine checks on kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
- Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure efficient workflow, consistency, and timely food preparation.
- Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food deliveries and kitchen inventory.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance kitchen efficiency, food quality, and overall operational performance.
- Carry out additional kitchen duties as assigned by the Kitchen Supervisor or management.

- No prior experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates, interns, former cabin crew, hospitality professionals, and candidates with food service or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
